Announcing New Service: Video-Nystagmography Drs. Ross and Bear have undergone advanced training in video-nystagmography (VNG) through the Rehabilitation and Balance Center at Emory University in Atlanta. This advanced technology will assist in the diagnosis and management of patients experiencing dizziness, vertigo and balance disorders. Video-nystagmography (VNG) is a series of tests that are used to help determine the causes of a patient's dizziness or balance problems. Dizziness can be caused by problems with the inner ear (the vestibule) or with the brain. Dizziness can also be caused by medical disorders such as low blood pressure, or by psychological problems such as anxiety.
